Rollaway Bed Information Rollaway beds are available at an additional cost (per night) in suites only. All rooms have a twin size sofa bed in lieu of the rollaway; therefore rollaway beds are only permitted in suites, with a maximum of one rollaway bed per suite. Fire safety codes do not permit rollaway service in any of the guest rooms with the sofa beds.

Coconut Cove Beach Bar & Grill, Coconut Cove is an open-air seating venue open for lunch and dinner. The pool deck and beach are steps away from the restaurant, giving guests the option to enjoy the entire menu poolside or beach side, in one of the 250 lounge chairs available. The expansive bar specializes in a full range of tropical specialties, wines and beers.  

 

Zest, Need a morning pick me up or afternoon snack?? Guests can sample one of the islands most famous coffees and premium yogurts at Zest, offering a full menu of coffee drinks, including Virgin Islands Coffee Roasters, as well as frozen yogurt complete with an assortment of delectable toppings. Also available is a refreshing selection of adult shakes to rest and relax after a day in the sun. Zest's retail section offers the best in local hot sauces, keepsakes and an assortment of grab-and-go items, such as beverages and snacks to enjoy in your room.

Essenza, Capture the essence of Italy's best with handcrafted, authentic Italian dishes exquisitely prepared in the refined and inviting new space. Enjoy stunning panoramic views of Great Bay while the fragrant aroma of warm bread and rich Italian flavors divulge the unforgettable dining experience to come. Whether its a dish featuring locally sourced seafood or prosciutto imported directly from Parma, Essenza offers familiar Italian dishes crafted and served to feel like home. Treat yourself to rustic, traditional Italian fare paired with a superb selection of wines and pristine cocktails, served in a beautifully moonlit space built to inspire all the senses. Sails, Expansive white sails reaching high above the turquoise waters of Great Bay are an alluring beacon calling you home to Sails, an ocean front grill. The Sails menu features flavors of the Caribbean in a relaxing haven, open for lunch with bar service. Guests can enjoy the day's fresh catch on Tuesday and Saturday evenings at Sea to Sails, between 6:00pm-10:00pm. Watch the arrival of the fish onto the beach at 4:00pm!
