Deluxe Room,

While staying at one of the best Kerry Hotels, choose to overlook the Sheen Waterfalls or Kenmare Bay, then relax and settle into our spacious ensuite deluxe bedroom (500 square feet/45square meters). The decor of the rooms is soft, subtle hues of cream and peaches providing a warm relaxing ambience and as you relax into an easy chair, ponder on the changing landscape before your eyes.

The grand scale of the luxury suites at Sheen Falls Lodge is legendary. The entrance hallway, drawing room, bed- room and bathroom which extend from 800 to 1000 square feet (74 to 93 square meters) ensure a sense of luxury as you enter and explore. Each suite represents the epitome of luxury and comfort. Stylishly furnished, the aim is to create a sense of calm and relaxation as the soft light, fresh air and gentle murmur of the waterfalls wash over you.  

 

Lansdowne Apartment,

This impressive deluxe residence has its own Georgian style private entrance with semi tropical landscaped paths. As you enter through the hall door, the spacious reception and hall area also has a discreet cloak- room and guest washroom. The hallway leads into a beautiful lounge furnished with deep sofas and an open fireplace.  

 

Signature Suite,

The suites are set apart as extraordinary in some special way. It may be an unusual layout and size, or a particularly breathtaking view, perhaps it is something more, a feeling at a deeper, more subliminal level that impresses the location upon you and leaves you feeling totally rejuvenated.  

 

Presidential Suite,

This suite is truly exceptional. It is the epitome of comfort with 1,350 square feet (125 square meters) of carefully designed space. Architecturally it is stunning. The octagonal shaped drawing room with its twenty foot high ceiling leading up to an oculis is a unique space to be enjoyed.

Cocktail Bar,

Offers a warm, club-like atmosphere with its dark wood and leather chairs. In the summer months relax out on the terrace sipping a cocktail or glass of champagne as you reflect on your day or plan tomorrow. The Cocktail bar at one of the finest Kenmare hotels hosts a comprehensive cocktail and whiskey list from around the world and the bar- man can provide tutored tastings for the whiskey enthusiast. Alternatively mull over the selection of fine cigars in the humidor including some of the best Cubans. Wine Cellar,

Sheen Falls Lodge Luxury Hotel in Kerry is home to one of the largest public wine cellars in Ireland, with over 10,000 bottles of wine, with up to 970 labels from 18 countries at any one time. As you descend into the wine cellar, you feel you are entering a very special part of this Kenmare hotel. The innumerable bottles are stacked high in a series of brick alcoves and in the evening, the lights are turned down and candles are lit lending a very authentic feel as guests wander through selecting wines for their meal. They have a tour of the cellar daily with our Sommelier. The cellar can also be used for private receptions, after dinner port or whiskey tastings and for small private dinners at one of the finest Kerry hotels.  

 

Sun Lounge,

The oldest part of the Kerry hotel, which was originally a 17th century fishing lodge, houses the Sun Lounge and Cocktail Bar. The Sun Lounge is so named because the morning sun pours into this room filling it with light and ensuring that it becomes the natural area for people to gather to read the newspapers and enjoy morning coffee. The Sun Lounge is open all day and serves tea/coffee, drinks, light snacks, a lunch menu and the afternoon tea menu.  

 

La Cascade,

One of the best restaurants in Kerry boasting an elegant, classical dining room at Sheen Falls Lodge Hotel Kenmare. With panoramic windows overlooking the Sheen Water- falls and onto the bay, the suns rays flood into the room as guests settle down to breakfast and plan their day. Then, as the evening light changes and dusk approaches, the gentle glow of candlelight and the sounds of the grand piano all beckon guests to dinner.
